I am a Remedial & Sports Massage Therapist, Running Coach and student Life Coach. My passion for running, alongside my understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics has blended with a lifelong fascination with psychology and a sprinkling of spirituality to form the basis of my unique coaching/therapy style.

​It’s really important for me to update my education regularly, and I was recently among the founding cohort of the SCE Elite Coach mentorship which greatly enhanced my understanding of the importance of Strength & Conditioning for us all. I love to learn about people and enjoy getting to know and understand you better, so I will ask you lots of questions!
